These terms apply to all bookings to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions except to the extent that specific terms apply for a particular booking and have been signed in writing by an Authorised Representative of the Company. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms. The term Client and Guest shall be used interchangeably in the Terms of Business and reference to any one of them shall be deemed to include reference to the other.
All published prices are room only plus GST as per current rate.
The Hotel reserves the right to alter prices for any reason up to the date of booking or up to 1 week prior to arrival, whichever is the later.
After such dates, prices may only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of GST or for any other reason outside of the control of the Hotel, in which case the changes will be notified to the Client. In the latter event, the Client may cancel the booking without cost.
All rooms and prices offered by the Hotel are subject to availability and the discretion of the Hotel Manager. Limited numbers of suitable rooms may be allocated to individual rates, packages or promotions and, when these allocations are taken up, remaining available rooms may be offered to the Client at a higher price where the Client requires such rooms.
Bookings must be guaranteed for the first night's accommodation by a major credit or debit card, by payment of a deposit or by agreement in writing with a company, travel agent or hotel booking agency. At the discretion of the Hotel, full prepayment may be required. At least 3 working days are required to process credit and debit card payments and 5 working days to process cheque payments.
Guestrooms are usually available from 2:00 PM local time on the day of arrival. However, the Hotel is not in any way obliged to make bedrooms available to Clients at this time.
Departure is by 11:00 AM local time. Failure to check out by this time will entitle the Hotel to charge an additional fee.
Clients arriving earlier than 2:00 PM should inform Reception, but the Hotel cannot guarantee early check-in unless booked from the previous day.
During high-demand periods, guests may use hotel facilities even if rooms are not yet ready.
The Hotel reserves the right to offset any amount payable for such cancellation against the Client's credit or debit card without prior notice.
If the Hotel cancels before 12 noon on the scheduled day of arrival, the Hotel's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
If cancelled after 12 noon, the liability is limited to one night's accommodation at the rate at the time of booking.
If no room is available as booked, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate the Client to a similar hotel nearby.
Cancellations and changes for online bookings must be done via the Hotel website: www.grandeurdesanchi.com. A reservation number and access code will be provided and must be retained.
Upon arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to collect full payment for the stay. Additional charges will be settled on checkout.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are not accepted. Company cheques must be pre-cleared.
All amounts are due upon invoice presentation. Invoice disputes must be reported within 7 days.
Children under 15 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Children may be excluded from certain events or promotions at the discretion of the Hotel.

Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to take corrective action against unacceptable noise or behaviour, including eviction without refund.
Entry and accommodation may be refused if a guest is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or in violation of Hotel policies.
DISCRIMINATION
The Hotel enforces a strict non-discrimination policy. Guests violating this may be removed without liability.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless with prior written consent. Charges may apply.
Complaints should be addressed to the General Manager during your stay. Alternatively, write to the General Manager within 7 days of departure.
Clients must comply with all safety and legal regulations, including fire, licensing, and hygiene.
Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to insure valuables.
Clients are liable for damage caused to Hotel property.
Losses or damage must be reported immediately to Management.
The Hotel is not liable for services provided by third parties even if arranged by the Hotel.
Clients are encouraged to carry insurance for cancellations, personal effects, and valuables.
Client data is processed in accordance with Indian data protection law. By booking, you consent to this.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
Provided by third-party vendors. The Hotel is not liable for connection issues. Misuse is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Grandeur De Sanchi is not responsible for typographical errors or changes made without notice.
